APSCO CubeSat Competition (ACC) was kicked off!! The first online workshop has been launched by lecturers from Iran, China and Pakistan. More than 130 participants from all Member States have joined the workshop. Mehran Mirshams the head of SRL presented two lectures: 1- Attitude Determination and Control Subsystem over view and basic concepts, 2- Introduction to Orbital Mechanics.

On Sunday, 1 Nov. 202, The SRLSAT team presented and tested the MIL Phase of The SRLSAT to CubeSat competition managers and jurors.

29 May 2021 NIKI SAJJAD is officially designated as National Point of Contact for Iran; By Executive Council of the Space Generation Advisory Council in Support of the United Nations Programme on Space Applications (SGAC). Her term will last for two years, until May 2023. During that time, she is appointed to act as representative of SGAC in Iran.

Space Research Laboratory organized this webinar in collaboration with the KNTU Aerospace Scientific Association. In this webinar, Mr. Morteza Abbasi, Executive Director of the Space Research Laboratory, introduced space engineering, stated the prerequisite of students for study in this field, and a Q&A session was held at the end.

Visit of students group from SRL. Sunday 28 February the group of high-school students had a short visit of Space Research Lab. SRL executive manager Mr. Morteza Abbasi introduced current Lab’s research titles and show them some of the students teams outcomes. RECOVE team got the first place in the Rahneshan National Talent Competition, after months of hard work. This Competition was held in different areas and RECOVE achieved the highest score in the "Recovery of Microsatellite" project.
