نهمین کنفرانس بین‌المللی Rast 2019 از تاریخ 21 الی 24 خرداد 1398 در کشور ترکیه شهر استانبول برگزار شد. آقای پارسا عباس رضایی مقاله‌ی خود را تحت عنوان «طراحی مفهومی ماهواره‌های مخابراتی ژئو تمام الکتریک بر اساس مدل آماری» در روز 23 خرداد ماه در این کنفرانس ارائه دادند.
