Systems\u00a0Engineering tools and techniques that will provide participants with the\u00a0necessary skills, industry standards, information, and tools necessary to\u00a0plan and implement a credible CubeSat Development Program.\u00a0Emphasis is on practice over theory using a fully-functional (hardware\u00a0and software) desktop (non-flight) CubeSat as the system of interest.\u00a0Using the 3U Nasir Cubesat Engineering model, the course follows\u00a0the progression of a hypothetical CubeSat mission designed to deliver Airplane datas from LEO.\u00a0Nasir Cubesat serves as an end-to-end systems engineering and project\u00a0management training platform to examine issues that develop during\u00a0each phase of a project lifecycle.\u00a0The course is organized along the lines of a real space mission,\u00a0starting with Pre-Phase A concept development and then progressing\u00a0from Phase A to D, introducing systems engineering artifacts that would\u00a0be developed at each major milestone and providing hands-on\u00a0examples using the Nasir mission. Nasir based on the 3U Cubesat\u00a0platform, is designed to conform to the 3U CubeSat standard in terms of\u00a0form and fit and includes all standard spacecraft bus functions (power,\u00a0data handling, communication, and 3-axis attitude determination and\u00a0control).\u00a0Participants are provided with key lectures and resources and through a\u00a0variety of in-class exercises will learn by doing.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Course Objectives:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">At the end of this course, you\u2019ll walk away with\u2026.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Define mission needs, goals, objectives and ConOps for a\u00a0CubeSat mission to satisfy a Pre-Phase A requirements<\/li>\n<li>Develop and organize detailed mission and system\u00a0requirements as required by a Phase A System Requirements\u00a0Review (SRR)<\/li>\n<li>Describe the tools and techniques needed to develop the\u00a0complete preliminary design for a CubeSat and conduct a\u00a0Phase B preliminary design review (PDR)<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the typical products produced for a critical design\u00a0review (CDR) at the end of Phase D including system specifications and test plans<\/li>\n<li>Implement a typical assembly, integration and test plan for a\u00a0representative CubeSat system to apply the flow down from \u00a0requirements to verification activities<\/li>\n<li>Conduct simulated operations using a representative CubeSat\u00a0system to develop and apply operational planning and\u00a0procedures implementation<\/li>\n<li>This
